Congestive Heart Failure Support Group

The Congestive Heart Failure Support Group is open to all persons with heart failure and their families. It is a place to share common experiences and concerns in a supportive, friendly group atmosphere. A Clinical Nurse Specialist is available to answer your questions and to provide information to enhance your day-to-day management of heart failure. The group meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 10 am-11 am at Greencroft Senior Center. There is no fee and no need to register. Feel free to call 574.535.2871 if you have questions about the group.

Healthy Cooking for Diabetics

"Holiday Eats and Treats-Diabetic Style" You are what you eat. Keeping up with a special diabetic diet can be challenging and tedious. Join us and learn something new in our quarterly cooking classes tailored for the diabetic diet. Led by a registered dietitian, our class offers new cooking techniques, recipes and delicious samples for those who attend. $10 per person, $5 per additional family member.
