• We assist employers in developing a wellness team that champions the program within their company. Aggregate data reports are reviewed with the wellness team.
• Health Risk Appraisals are completed on-site and include: A screening for blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index, body fat analysis, HDL, LDL, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood glucose levels

Online health risk assessment
All participants receive an easy-to-understand risk profile, as well as:
• One-on-one follow-up meeting with a Certified Lifestyle Counselor
• Ongoing coaching for high-risk participants

We provide quarterly education. Employees also receive monthly newsletters mailed directly to them. 24/7 Nurse On Call service is available for any questions or concerns.
